Submissions made through inquiry forms, digital briefs, email transmissions, or instant messaging do not constitute a ratified purchase contract or a guarantee of production capacity.

A binding commercial order comes into existence exclusively when:

• PinDai issues a formal, itemized Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Confirmation with agreed Incoterms;
• Detailed technical specifications (dimensions, Pantone matches, materials, tolerances, and packaging) are mutually approved in writing; and
• The agreed initial deposit or contractual payment tranche has been cleared and verified through designated commercial banking channels.

Unless explicitly specified in a formal written quotation, all pricing estimates issued via initial correspondence remain valid for a period of 30 calendar days. Quotations remain subject to adjustment prior to final PI confirmation due to fluctuations in raw material indices, international exchange rates, shipping surcharges, or modifications to custom specifications.

Catalog MOQs, pilot sampling fees, and standard manufacturing lead times shown online serve strictly as baseline benchmarks. Exact manufacturing cycles and delivery milestones depend on verified factory allocations, tooling complexity, pre-production sample approvals, and destination logistics.

PinDai facilitates material verifications and testing compliance (e.g., EU GPSR / REACH, US CPSC, and applicable food-contact standards for adjacent categories) on an evaluated, order-by-order basis.

No single compliance certificate displayed or referenced applies unconditionally to all production runs. The client (as the legal Importer of Record in their respective destination territory) is responsible for communicating all destination-specific labeling, packaging, and regulatory requirements prior to final specification freeze and batch manufacturing.
